First Security Bank

Jon Ross Henderson was recently named Market President of First Security Bank of Conway. Henderson, who formerly served as senior vice president and commercial loan officer at the bank, is originally from Greenbrier and has been a resident of Conway for over 17 years. Henderson has been a part of the lending team with First Security Bank of Conway since 2005. Henderson holds a BBA from Arkansas Tech University and an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas, is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania, and is a member of Faulkner County Leadership and Leadership Arkansas.
Henderson has had the opportunity to serve Conway in various capacities over the past 20 years. Some of these include the United Way of Central Arkansas, the University of Central Arkansas Foundation Board of Directors, the Arkansas Game & Fish Foundation Board of Directors, the Deliver Hope Board of Directors, the Conway Christian Board of Trustees and the Conway Corporation Board of Directors. He and his wife, Lindsay, reside in Conway, are members of The Summit Church of Conway and have one son, Owen.
