FSB Lobbies by Appointment Only


First Security Bank is closely monitoring the rapidly-changing circumstances related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are continuing to help ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees by following the recommendations of the CDC.

Effective March 17, 2020, all First Security Bank lobbies will be available only by appointment for transactions that can’t occur by drive-thru, phone or online.

First Security offers several ways to access your accounts and conduct transactions without visiting a banking center, including:

  • Online Banking – Check balances, pay bills and transfer funds. Simply go to to enroll.
  • Mobile Banking – Check balances, pay bills, transfer funds and deposit checks. Online banking customers can download our mobile banking app through Apple’s App Store or Android’s Google Play Store.
  • ATMs – First Security has over 90 ATMs in Arkansas where you can withdraw cash, transfer funds and check balances. Additionally, most offer cash and check deposit capabilities.
